Effective Date: July 23, 2026
Last Updated: July 23, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Emerson Pro Services website,
online forms, customer communications, customer portals, estimates, invoice links, payment links, text
messaging program, and related online services.
In these Terms, “Emerson Pro Services,” “Emerson,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Emerson Pro Services and
its applicable affiliated service divisions. “You,” “your,” and “customer” refer to the person or organization
accessing our website, communicating with us, or requesting services.
By using our website, submitting a form, requesting service, communicating with us, or using an online
customer feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Website Purpose
The Emerson Pro Services website provides general information about our company and services and
allows customers to:
- Request service;
- Request an estimate;
- Ask questions;
- Schedule or request an appointment;
- Communicate with our office;
- Review estimates;
- Approve service options;
- Review invoices;
- Make payments;
- Receive project updates; and
- Access related customer-service features.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not, by itself, create a binding
service contract.
2. Service Areas and Availability
Services are subject to:
- Geographic availability;
- Technician availability;
- Scheduling availability;
- Project type;
- Property conditions;
- Required licensing or permits;
- Material availability;
- Weather;
- Service-area restrictions; and
- Our acceptance of the requested work.
Submitting a contact form or appointment request does not guarantee that service will be available or
accepted.
An appointment is not confirmed until Emerson Pro Services provides confirmation by telephone, text
message, email, customer portal, or another authorized method.
3. Estimates and Service Agreements
Website descriptions, advertisements, starting prices, promotions, and general price ranges are not final
estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
A project-specific estimate, proposal, work order, invoice, or service agreement may include:
- Customer information;
- Service address;
- Scope of work;
- Selected estimate option;
- Materials;
- Labor;
- Pricing;
- Deposits;
- Payment schedule;
- Warranty;
- Project limitations;
- Change-order requirements; and
- Additional terms.
The project-specific estimate, invoice, proposal, or service agreement controls the actual work to be
performed and the amount to be paid.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed or electronically approved project-specific
agreement, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.
4. Estimate Accuracy
Estimates are generally based on:
- Information provided by the customer;
- Photographs or videos;
- Visible property conditions;
- Available measurements;
- Preliminary inspections;
- Current material pricing; and
- The expected scope of work.
The final price may change if:
- Information provided by the customer is incomplete or inaccurate;
- Measurements or quantities differ;
- Concealed damage is discovered;
- Additional labor or materials are required;
- Property conditions differ from what was reasonably expected;
- Government authorities require additional work;
- The customer requests changes; or
- The parties approve a change order.
Additional work will be documented and approved as required by the applicable project agreement.
Customer Information
You agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete, including:
- Name;
- Telephone number;
- Email address;
- Service address;
- Property-access details;

request the applicable service.
You are responsible for promptly notifying us if your contact, appointment, property, or project information
changes.
6. Scheduling

writing.
Arrival times may be affected by:
- Earlier appointments;

- Project complexity;
- Technician availability;
- Material delays; and
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may contact you to confirm, reschedule, adjust, or cancel an appointment.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the service location at the scheduled time.
Additional charges may apply if:
- Access is unavailable;
- The appointment is canceled after a technician has been dispatched;
- The technician is unable to perform the work because of conditions controlled by the customer;
- Incorrect address information was provided; or
- A return visit is required for a reason outside our control.
Any applicable trip, cancellation, diagnostic, or service-call fee will be disclosed in the estimate,
appointment confirmation, invoice, or other project communication.
7. Customer Cancellations
You may request cancellation by contacting Emerson Pro Services.
Cancellation rights and charges may depend on:
- The type of service;
- The stage of the project;
- Whether materials have been ordered;
- Whether custom materials have been prepared;

- Restocking fees;
- Demobilization costs; and
- Other noncancelable commitments.

service agreement.
Payments may be accepted through:
- Credit card;
- Debit card;
- ACH;
- Check;
- Cash;
- Financing provider;
- Secure payment link; or
- Another authorized method.
Payment processing may be performed by third-party providers.
We do not guarantee that a particular payment method will always be available.
Submitting a payment does not mean the payment has been successfully completed until it is confirmed by
the payment provider and Emerson Pro Services.
9. Payment Links
Payment links are intended only for the customer or authorized payer.
You should not forward a secure payment link to an unauthorized person.
You are responsible for confirming that:
- The website domain is associated with Emerson Pro Services or its authorized payment provider;

- The payment amount is correct; and
- The payment method belongs to you or you have permission to use it
Contact us before submitting payment if you believe a link, invoice, or request may be fraudulent.
10. Late Payments

You may request a copy of an electronically approved record.
