Preventing Water Damage
Leaves, sticks and roof grit can block gutter outlets, causing rainwater to spill over the edge or collect near your home's exterior. During heavy Dallas storms, clogged gutters can send water toward fascia, siding, landscaping and the soil near the foundation. Removing buildup improves the path for runoff. Continued pooling may require a separate drainage evaluation.
